dolphin preview-issue

SUMMARY
the application does not remember/apply the file preview when the option was
selected (or not).
(see my screen-record attached)
this bug only occurs for icons-mode and not for details/compact-mode

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select "remember display style for each folder" option in dolphin settings
2. select preview in the toolbars
3. close dolphin,  open it again & observe 

OBSERVED RESULT
preview mode doesn't stay after you exit the folder

EXPECTED RESULT
remember the default settings
