Example of wrong sized icon

SUMMARY
After upgrading to latest Plasma (6.3.2) in Tuxedo OS, icons in dolphin that
have a preview and an emblem are small, as if the emblem and the preview could
not mix / overlap. In my case, the emblem is a green checkbox set by Nextcloud.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin in icon mode
2. See wrongly displayed icons 

OBSERVED RESULT
When icons have a preview (directory with image inside, pdf, etc.) and a
checkbox emblem, they are way smaller than other icons (see attached
screenshot)
