In that case see if the command line tools can find the files...
If they don't double check the includes you have set up in "System Settings >
File Search", maybe stop and restart the indexer with:
$ systemctl restart --user kde-baloo
This assumes you are on a system running systemd... You should be able to see
if Ballo is running with a
$ systemctl status --user kde-baloo
--
