Hi - I'm also using Fedora KDE 41, and if I add to Step 3 of your Steps to
Reproduce "Uncheck Show in Groups", then I can reproduce this.

I don't know if it's relevant, but when this bug triggers - but not during a
normal start-up of Dolphin - running dolphin from the terminal immediately
displays this message: 

org.kde.dolphin: Could not load default global viewproperties
