Thanks to [email protected] from comment#25 I found another workaround: hover the dragged files from Dolphin over the Plasma desktop, then to the target Chrome window, and it works. And here's a fun test: Start dragging the files from Dolphin, move them directly to Photos (doesn't allow it), keep dragging the files and hover over Plasma desktop, then hover back over Photos (it works), then hover back to Dolphin, then hover back to Photos (it doesn't work). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
