One thing to note, is that this only appears to be the case when the Downloads folder is set to show thumbnails/file previews. Disabling the file preview in the view settings makes the folder at least remember the view settings, as soon as I re-enable the previews, the Downloads folder will revert to sorting and grouping the folder by date. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
