I apologize for the version typo, and this bug for Dolphin 24.12.3 was
unreported at the time of my report posting or so I thought when I did a search
for this specific Dolphin bug.

I can still confirm Dolphin 24.12.3 continues to ignore the Folders, tabs, and
window state from last time' setting even after Discover distro upgraded Fedora
fro 41 to 42 nearly an hour ago as of this typing. The original reporter of
this bug for Dolphin 24.13.2 I believe mis-marked this bugs status as RESOLVED
FIXED since it's not fixed yet.
