STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download the attached .tif file
2. open the location where the downloaded file was saved in Dolphin
3. make sure preview is activated in Dolphin
4. set icon view mode

OBSERVED RESULT
.tif file without preview

EXPECTED RESULT
.tif file with preview
