SUMMARY
button 'Download New Services' does not work in config > context menu

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin config
2. go to 'context menu'
3. click button 'Download New Services'

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Opening a list of Dolphin context menu plugins
