Hi - this has occurred in the past as the result of a packaging issue in a
distribution - see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dolphin/+bug/2084206 as an example of
when this occurred in Kubuntu, and https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=494480
for Neon. Could you please follow the Debian bug reporting process
(https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting) to have this reviewed?
