The bar starts from the left and not the right!

SUMMARY

Hard disks capacity bar wrong direction for RTL languages, the bar starts from
the left as the case for LTR languages.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin using RTL language set
2. Look at the right side to see devices

OBSERVED RESULT

The bar starts from the left as the case for LTR languages.


EXPECTED RESULT

the bar starts from the right as the case for RTL languages.
