SUMMARY

1. Open Dolphin
2. Adjust the locations panel width on the left to some reasonable size 
3. Close and reopen Dolphin

Whenever I open a new Dolphin window, the locations bar or panel on the left
has a too narrow size and I need to re-adjust it.

I'd expect the size to be saved instead.
