SUMMARY
The folder lock icon is not removed until you exit and reenter the directory

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock a folder but removing all permissions. 
2. Unlock the folder


OBSERVED RESULT
Lock persists

EXPECTED RESULT
Unlock

The lock clears when you exit and reenter the folder
