The behavior is a little different for me on git-master, but still shows this
bug


If I navigate to /home/user/Documents/folder1/folder2 and make the window
narrow
Dolphin settings - show full path
Right click shows the "user" folder

Without show full path
Right click shows the "Documents" folder

In both cases it should show the current folder, as when the window is wider
and shows the full path
