It would be really cool to have .gif files animate when the mouse cursor is
held over them, similar to how movie files are previewed when the cursor is
held above them in Dolphin.

Would recommend for the animated playback to be smooth (and looped) and not
just a preview like in the case of video files (since gifs are much smaller in
size)
