Hm I can't repro this anymore, is this still an issue with newer versions of
Dolphin and KIO?

When I go to ~/.local/share/dolphin/view_properties, i do not have any extra
subfolders, just the ones I expect (which can be a lot if you do this action
for the whole home folder).

Or is the problem that you wish to *not* include hidden folders in this action?
