SUMMARY
I can't reproduce this bug consistently. Sometimes it occurs after the provided
steps,

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open a folder containing some files
2. use icon view
3. deactivate the preview feature

OBSERVED RESULT
visual glitch in the files view, that disappears when I hover over the files
view. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
no visual glitch
