Report it to ghostly to not forcefully add this action.

This action is meant to be configurable through system settings, a distro
package can change it, a script can change it.
It is still editable by the user easily regardless.

And with #501435 being fixed there is little reason to have it in the first
place.

KDE code shouldn't workaround other people working around our system.
