The right-click context menu entry "Create New > " does only work when clicking
into the empty area, but not on a folder. For example, to create a new folder
inside folder "A", I have to enter the folder "A" first. I use the tree view,
but it also doesn't work in icon view mode. Neither creating folders, nor
creating text files works.

This is a regression from the Qt 5 version, and not a duplicate of old bug
327783.
