STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Dolphin from Flathub, and uninstall it from distro repos
2. Launch the Flatpak Dolphin
3. Configure > Interface > Folders & Tabs > Check the checkbox for "Keep a
single Dolphin window, opening new folders in tabs"
4. Close the config window, but keep the main window open
5. Launch Kate and open a file
5. File > File Actions > Open Containing Folder


OBSERVED RESULT
The folder opens in a new Dolphin instance


EXPECTED RESULT
The folder opens in a new tab of the existing Dolphin instance
