Noticed it when renaming a file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have enough files to fill the window.
2. Have a file with a long name on the bottom-left of the folder.
3. Try to rename the bottom part.

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin's tooltip tab at the bottom-left covers the name of the file.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tab should go away in these circumstances, or go somewhere else.
