SUMMARY
The mousewheel scrolls one line per scroll instead of three lines. Dolphin
suddenly seems to ignore the global settings. The panel view places works as
expected. The mousewheel scrolls three lines per scroll.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Switch to "details mode"
3. Use the scrollwheel to scroll up and down

OBSERVED RESULT
The mousewheel scrolls one line per scroll

EXPECTED RESULT
The mousewheel should scroll three lines instead of one line.
