I am not sure if my case is the same, but for me, fractional scaling is not a
sufficient (and possibly not necessary) condition for this bug. However, when I
plug in a removable harddrive that gets shown up in the places sidepanel, the
theming reverts. Though I am not sure what is the proper one - I like the
colourfoul icons, but maybe the intent is to use the black and white symbolic
ones? And then adding a device "fixes" the issue?
