The popup to create a new folder does not appear if trying to create a folder
off an existing folder. The popup does appear when trying to create a folder at
the root of the current view.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Any view in Dolphin, right-click an existing folder. (Must be a subfolder of
the current view, not the root of the current view)
2. Select Create New->Folder.


OBSERVED RESULT
No popup to enter a new folder name.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should see a popup to enter a new folder name.
