This looks like the same issue as bug 499820 which had been fixed in 24.12.3

Note: The screenshot shows Icon View, the bug is seen with a .png file
I'm not able to reproduce this on git-master. Previews have the same size icons
as the original file, but I am able to reproduce this with Dolphin 25.08.1. The
good news is this means it's fixed in the development version of Dolphin, and
will be available on your system when Dolphin is updated to 25.08.2.

If you still see this bug with Dolphin 25.08.2 or later, feel free to reopen
