example 1280x800

This is an example of how it would work on a 1280x800 kubuntu standard setup.
IMHO this is a basic feature, and does not conflict with drag and drop in other
way than if try to drag a mail and the mouse is not over a piece of text you
will get the select tool instead, which is actually pretty logical as this is
the way it functions in konqueror too.

Look at the example and tell me if you still think it's a bad idea. To me, it's
really just about options, like the rest of KDE.
