Merging KMail drag'n'drop and copy/paste features for 3.5.7

Hi,

I would like to merge the KMail features we added in the enterprise branch and 
ported to 3.5+ and trunk so far to the 3.5 branch as well.

Let's start with the largest one: dnd and copy/paste improvements.
These are:
- (nearly) all folders can be copyied or moved now
- dnd of one or multiple folders 
- copy/cut/paste actions for one or multiple folders
- dnd of messages from the search result window to the folder tree
- copy/cut/paste actions for messages (in the header view and search result 
window)
