[Bug 87971] KMailCVT import wizard should allow use to choose "unattended mode"

Looks like KMailCVT still can not import messages automatically if there are any errors. It spawns an error box for every invalid message it finds and there is no way to stop these errors or ignore them or cancel import - only kill helps.
It would be very useful to have a checkbox like 'Skip other import errors' in an error dialog box and/or 'Cancel import' button.
