OpenSSL engine certificate support for KDE3.5 

this patch adds available certificates from OpenSSL engines to KDE store (
ksslcertificatehome ) and modifies ksslpkcs12 to make use of them.
Tested to work against https kioslave, UI is far from optimal, i.e. it uses the
username/password dialog to get PIN.
