This usually indicates a problem with gpg-agent, either it is not running o=
r=20
not properly configured, see also http://userbase.kde.org/KMail/PGP_MIME=20
(although the page is a bit outdated).

Please don't use the kmail-devel mailing list for user questions, use kdepi=
m-
users instead.
