knode bug?

In kde 4.3, as i am sending a new message to a newsgroup, i am not allowed 
to ad the field To:' in the header (that is, the command Option--->Send mail 
is disabled). 
Yet, if ''Send later' is chosen, then message is resumed, the command 
Option--->Send mail works.

Anybody can confirm?
