Although I started the knowit port to KDE4, I have to say that I gave up on it 
when I found out that kjots is basically a drop-in replacement for my needs. 
Also, it's integrated in Kontact and actively developed, and already ported to 
KDE4. 
I'd say let's contribute to kjots if we miss some feature there.
