Back in my Windows days I used treepad http://www.treepad.com/, it has open=

file format specification (http://www.treepad.com/docs/fileformat.txt) and=

freeware lite version (btw, now also on Linux), but it is not free software.

So if you just want to be able to export to/import from some format that ca=

be opened/saved with free as in beer program in Windows, you might consider=

this.
