That's not Qt 3.3 specific, the same page exists in every 2.x/3.x=20
documentation. In my opinion the XML stuff is in Qt at least since Qt2 and=
=20
the API should be stable at least within the Qt 3.x series I think. Many Qt=
=20
and KDE applications already use it so ut seems to be stable.
I thought you don't like it for any reason or there are important functions=
=20
not implemented in the Qt module, hence you want to use libxml2. If there a=
re=20
no reasons like this, I suggest using the Qt XML stuff, to avoid additional=
=20
dependencies.

I'd prefer option two:

Make 0.10 stable with the current code, that means no great changes, only=20
addition of small features and GUI improvements like complete Drag&Drop,=20
making it easier to add "knowit://"-links etc.
Then major rewrite with XML file format, kpart support and other stuff for=
=20
better KDE integration. =3D> 1.0
After 1.0: mind maps, whatever
