Kexi has developers, and I am active maintainer. Things do not change.
I see you're referring to this sentence:
"both Kexi and Krita are too big to be without maintainer and thus
they can be removed. "

The proper meaning of this is as follows: KOffice is in preparation to
split, where all applications but KWord go to Group B, and KWord (with
keeping the KWord name) goes to Group A.
I.e. Kexi _in Group A_ would have been left without maintainer because
all Kexi developers (and reportedly, most KOffice developers) decided
to go to group B.
