The full team of calligra does not need to be present in #koffice to redirect to 
#calligra. One person would do, and if people ask they will get a redirect from 
any person on the channel anyway.

The full team of calligra doesn't need to be there to answer those either, 
maybe just the release manager. Again, this can be answered by others too.

And when a decision is made, action will be taken.

I know its hard to leave channels you have been in for years, but its the fair 
thing to do.
The request is to allow "group A" to start reaping the benefits from the split.  
Currently the "group B" people are not splitting off, they are using both the 
old and the new communication channels.
