The idea to have different templates based on locale is something I think we
can't do in the koffice core developers group; we don't have all the
nationalities for starters.
I'd say that we need a get-hot-new-stuff provider and a way for people to
upload their templates to that.
For the infrastructure of GHNS I'll open a different report and I'll close this
one.
