This is indeed wrong in the kolab 2.4 packages. I have fixed the installation paths in the 3.0 packages. However, when I try to install kolab 3.0 in wheezy (apt-get install kolab) I get dependency errors. Still looking into those... Some packages (inluding kolab-conf and kolab-cli that caused your path errors) were built for wheezy because of the dependency on python-ldap (>= 2.4) which was a real pain on squeeze, but there's obviously more work to do.
