New release: kolab-syncroton 1.0.1

Hi there,

with minor bug-fixes we have gotten Kolab's ActiveSync implementation through 
Syncroton to work the way one would expect when first hooking up a new device.

Please do note that the SQL database tables need to be re-initialized if you 
are updating from version 0.1.

To remove the existing tables;

$ mysql roundcube -e 'drop table syncroton_content;'
$ mysql roundcube -e 'drop table syncroton_folder;'
$ mysql roundcube -e 'drop table syncroton_synckey;'
$ mysql roundcube -e 'drop table syncroton_device;'

To recreate the new tables;

$ mysql roundcube < /usr/share/doc/kolab-syncroton-1.0.1/syncroton.sql
