Running '/usr/sbin/setup-ds' is bringing me full circle to my earlier 
attempts on CentOS, where the lxc-container based installation (wheezy also 
runs in lxc) would also produce the last statement seen in 
/var/log/dirsrv/slapd-kolab/errors
