OK, I solved this puzzle  by replacing  in /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pykolab/setup/setup-
ldap.py /usr/sbin/setup-ds-admin.pl with /usr/sbin/setup-ds.pl

I didn't install 389-ds-admin, just 389-ds-base. I cannot find anywhere a Require: 389-ds-admin, only 
389-ds

No my next question, is the 389-ds-admin required or should I patch the script?

Another question, we don not have user/group nobody/nobody. What user/group should I use when asked 
during the setup?
