Franz Skale also reported this problem with my latest update to 
cyrus-imapd - it's now fixed for real (see #1158[1]).

This is actually on the debug level, and somewhat of an upstream 
"problem" - it is not critical in any way, and should only occur once 
per daemon child process startup.

This is somewhat of a curiosity - are you in fact using POP at all?
