I've corrected "/etc/imapd.conf" to be more or less happy with the 
certificates... (Cyrus starts and accepts SSL connections)

I've tried that, but: 

root@james:~# testsaslauthd -u cyrus-admin -p PASSWORD
size read failed
0: root@james:~# 

Is this the "Cyrus Administrator password" which was set during "setup-kolab"?
