Talking to the developers of the Exchange plugin(s) for Evolution,
it became clear that you are indeed right. M$ has a spec for that
(see [0]). It is m XML format they use, and it includes "Subject"
and "Location" event details in the freebusy response, which
trivially map to "X-SUMMARY" and "X-LOCATION" in the icalendar
vfreebusy object Evolution expects.
