This look like the same problem I'm having, but I've checked the code 
and the patch has already been applied on my systems. Could it be 
because I've been updating from previous development releases and 
something didn't get cleaned up properly? (this has happened before to 
me)

On a perhaps related note, adding new Resources exhibits the exact same 
problem.
