Sorry for chiming in so late.

Compared to the 0.3.x series, 0.4.0 does not create the
libkolab.so.0.4.0 symlink as would be expected due to the CMake call
that sets Libkolab_VERSION_PATCH being commented out in the top-level
CMakeLists.txt.

Has this been done on purpose?
