Remove resources not shown in WAP

Hi,

I created some resources in WAP, but they are not displayed in the 
list. After upgrading to the latest bugfixed WAP newly created resources 
are listed, but not the old one. WAP recognizes that they are in the 
database, because when I want to add a resource with the same name of a 
not listed one, it adds a # at the end. How can I delete the not 
displayed resources?
