Issue #1620 - Encrypted Emails on Android - Help Appreciated

Hi there,

We have found ourselves unable to reproduce the issue with a particular 
implementation of Samsung's Android that was reported by many of you, 
and for which we have number 1620[1].

I myself have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet (Android 
4.0.3), which does *not* have the same issue, but does display a 
"Decrypt Message" button. Perhaps this is going to get us a little 
closer to the source of the issue, but I do not have high hopes myself.

We have development instances of ActiveSync running, to which our 
developers have access (to logs and settings and such), and to which I 
would like to ask you to volunteer hooking up your device against, if 
you have one that shows this issue.

Better yet, if you could spare a device that shows the issue, I would 
appreciate you send it over to one of our developers.

In either case, if you are interested in helping us help you with your 
issues, I would appreciate if you contacted me to work out the details.
