kolab-2 patches still needed for kolab-3?

Hi,

2 questions related to cyrus-imapd and building kolab-3.

1. Is the --with-ldap argument to cyrus-imapd configure required for kolab-3 or
is it optional? If it is optional and it the argument is left out, what does
not work?

2. In the previous incarnation of kolab (version 2) quite some patches were
needed for cyrus-imapd. Are these patches [1] still needed for kolab-3?
These patches are still contained in a cyrus-imapd specfile, but if these are
no longer needed they can be removed from the spec file.

These are the patches I mean:
KOLAB_cyrus-imapd-2.3.18_cross-domain-acls.patch
KOLAB_cyrus-imapd-2.3.18_Cyradm_Annotations.patch
KOLAB_cyrus-imapd-2.3.18_Folder-names.patch
KOLAB_cyrus-imapd-2.3.18_Groups2.patch
KOLAB_cyrus-imapd-2.3.18_Logging.patch
KOLAB_cyrus-imapd-2.3.18_timsieved_starttls-sendcaps.patch
KOLAB_cyrus-imapd-2.3.18_UID.patch
