Roundcubemail just shows a blank page after running the setup-kolab

The logs showed using Roundcubemail-0.8.5 :
[Mon Mar 11 16:27:50.189030 2013] [:error] [pid 6777:tid 139901017351936] [client 127.0.0.1:44448]
PHP Fatal error: Class 'rcube' not found in
/usr/share/roundcubemail/plugins/libcalendaring/libcalendaring.php on line 75
[Mon Mar 11 16:28:25.938422 2013] [:error] [pid 6777:tid 139901008959232] [client 127.0.0.1:44453]
PHP Fatal error: Class 'rcube' not found in
/usr/share/roundcubemail/plugins/libcalendaring/libcalendaring.php on line 75

I upgraded this morning to version 0.9RC and those messages disapeared. But this one is still there.
It's probably a roundcube problem.

[Tue Mar 12 07:58:50.815226 2013] [:error] [pid 1908:tid 139860551571200] [client 127.0.0.1:47107]
PHP Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MYSQL_ATTR_FOUND_ROWS' in
/usr/share/roundcubemail/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_db_mysql.php on line 127

But this is probably doesn't cause the blank screen issue. Before doing running the setu-kolab
script. I get a roundcube mail screen with the mysql connection error which make sense from the
logs.
But I cannot find anything in the journal ( we don't have syslog anymore) that would give a hint.
